    Pilot and supervise your Sunflower Labs drones directly from Genetec Security Center - without leaving your operator station. The Sunflower Labs integration of Drone Dispatcher connects Sunflower Labs autonomous drones (the Bee) and their base stations (the Hive) to Genetec Security Center. Operators supervise the drones in real time, watch their live video, dispatch them to an incident and run predefined missions - all from the unified Security Center interface.

    Drones are integrated as native Fleet/AVL entities: their live GPS position and status appear directly on the Security Center map, and their camera feeds are available in Security Desk and recorded by the Genetec Archiver. From a map click or an alarm, an operator can send a drone to a precise location, follow a moving target or launch a mission defined in the Hive.

    Real-time supervision: live GPS position and status of each drone on the Security Center map, integrated as native Fleet/AVL entities of Security Center.

    Integrated video: the drone camera feed is available directly in Security Desk, recorded and replayed via the Genetec Archiver.

    On-demand dispatch: send a drone to a precise point with "Fly to" (map click or alarm), dispatch it to the nearest predefined location, or follow a moving target in real time.

    Predefined missions: launch the locations and routes defined in the Sunflower Labs Hive, track missions in progress, cancel a mission at any time, and land or return to base in one click.

    Flight safety: an automatic weather and flight-advisory check (go / no-go) runs before every take-off, and the operator can force departure with full awareness.

    Events & automation: Security Center events are raised for drone departure / arrival and mission start / end, and a drone can be dispatched automatically when an alarm is triggered.

Plugin configuration in Config Tool

    In Config Tool, the Sunflower Labs gateway offers the following features:

  • Connection parameters with the Security Center Fleet/AVL REST APIs
  • Sunflower Labs connection: server URL, Hive ID and encrypted API key per drone
  • Enabling / disabling drones within Security Center
  • Enabling / disabling cameras associated with the drones
  • Enabling dispatch commands (Fly to, nearest location, target following, missions)
